A Woman’s Personal Journal in the Time of MAGA…
"We are not without agency, and we must spend our time looking at what we see around us, and share the experiences as we see them." - Christine Merser
Christine Merser, an American like you who holds no office and might be considered without agency, has also been a memoir blogger and writer for many years. She has occasionally written political commentary and her thoughts on politics and the election cycle. But she doesn’t consider herself a pundit. But she does consider herself an American patriot, and to that end, she starts 2025 marking the events of the day from her perspective, peppered with her idea around what can be done to fight what she sees as the good fight.
“When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.” - Ruth Bader Ginsburg
This is Christine’s form of resistance; putting to paper the day’s events, as she sees them, and standing up in ways that can ensure our future.
Why subscribe?
Ah, the power in large numbers. The more subscribers we have, the more power we have. Subscribe because in the midst of this chaos, we need a journal of the times in which we live, and ideas around protest that come from a place of realizing we do have the agency to make change in our country. And thank you for considering it. We take your time seriously and will make sure to provide sources for our content, and an action—a positive one—that you can take to be relevant.
