An Interrupted Nation & Fighting to Rebuild it.

“We are not without agency, and we must spend our time looking at what we see around us, and share the experiences as we see them. We must face the past head on and realize we were not paying attention.”
— Christine Merser

Christine Merser is an American citizen. She holds no office, wields no official title, and might easily be considered without agency by traditional standards. And, she writes.

A memoirist by nature and a strategist by trade, Christine has written political commentary for years, advised political candidates, and dissected campaigns with an eye for both nuance and nonsense. She doesn’t call herself a pundit. But she does call herself a patriot.

America Interrupted Dispatch is her act of resistance. A dispatch of what is happening, as she sees it, woven with her belief that we must not just bear witness, but resist. Not just react, but respond, with clarity, with action, and with the resolve to build a better future.

“When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.”
— Ruth Bader Ginsburg

This is her resistance. A record of the days. A call to action. A look back. Ideas for moving forward. A shared space for all of us who refuse to go quietly.

Why subscribe?

Because this is not just a newsletter. It’s a dispatch. A call. A reminder that you are not alone, that we are many, and that numbers matter. Because in the chaos of the present moment, we need voices unfiltered by office or party line. We need to document the truth as it happens. We need to organize. Protest. Reimagine.

Each dispatch will bring not only insight and perspective, but a positive action you can take. A small thing, maybe. But small things in large numbers make waves.
